Die revidierten Artikel 22 und 24 USG zum L\u00e4rmschutz werden voraussichtlich im Fr\u00fchjahr 2026 in Kraft treten. Bis zum Inkrafttreten der Gesetzesrevision gelten die heutigen Vorschriften.<\/p>\n<p>Aus rechtlichen Gr\u00fcnden ist es unzul\u00e4ssig, die kommenden Gesetze im Sinne einer positiven Vorwirkung bereits vor deren Inkrafttreten anzuwenden.
