Summer Thermal Comfort Simulations
Summer thermal comfort focuses on ensuring comfortable indoor temperatures during the warmer months while maintaining a high level of thermal comfort for occupants. Using dynamic thermal simulations, we evaluate a building’s performance under summer conditions and identify effective measures to minimise overheating.
The aim is to achieve a comfortable indoor climate while reducing or avoiding the need for active cooling systems such as air conditioning, resulting in greater energy efficiency and improved occupant comfort.
